Customer Success / Account Executive

About Position:

You will be a part of an exciting team with high ambition to transform FMCG industry with Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing technology.

Responsibility:

You will be exposed to the following tasks:

  • Develop expertise in company product and how it can create value for clients (Zeen Audit application, etc.)
  • Conduct client product onboarding, training sessions and monitoring usage of clients against their goal
  • Achieve a high rate of Renewal and Retention across an assigned customer base
  • Work with sales team and clients to gather project requirements
  • Coordinate with technical support to ensure setup and implementation of products meet client expectations
  • Respond to client inquiries, requests and coordinate with internal team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively engage clients, and work closely with account base users to verify they are trained and effectively drive adoption of the product on a consistent basis
  • Analyze assigned client and proactively identify opportunities where additional value can be delivered to client
  • Ensure department metrics are achieved including goals for client satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Customer Success or Account / Relationship Management experience, preferably handling Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
  • Proven track record of previous experience in developing relationships, exceeding goals and establishing credibility with key clients and accounts
  • Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc.)
  • Motivated by the opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
  • High ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience in FMCG or Complex SaaS industry is a plus
